Course Details
Content: Cookery & Healthy Eating, Health Education Workshops on a range of topics, Getting Fit and becoming more active, Pre and Post Health Screening
Duration: 12 weeks - 4 hours per week : Monday & Wednesday (2 hours each day)
Frequency 2 Programmes per year Spring & Autumn (subject to funding)
